Spotlight: O2Live Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
📸 Community Spotlight: Oâ‚‚Liv – Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in Burley, ID
This week’s community spotlight takes us to Oâ‚‚Liv, a wellness spot in Burley offering hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) at one of the most affordable rates you’ll find anywhere. I met with Jules to learn all about how this therapy works and the ways it can help improve your health and recovery.
💨 What is HBOT?
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber, helping your body absorb more oxygen and encouraging healing at a cellular level. It can help with recovery, energy, inflammation, and overall wellness—and at Oâ‚‚Liv, it’s just $30 for a 1.5‑hour session!

We're here at Oâ‚‚Liv in Burley. What do you guys do here?
So, we do hyperbaric oxygen therapy. It’s just a chamber that you get inside. We pressurize with ambient air and you breathe oxygen while you're in there, which really helps your body heal.
What specifically does oxygen therapy help with?
Oxygen therapy really helps with circulation. Neuropathy is a big one. It can support mental health, anxiety, recovering from addiction, and is great pre‑ and post‑exercise. We even see athletes prepping for events like the Spudman! We only charge $30 a session—most hyperbaric sessions start at $100 or more—and our sessions are an hour and a half versus the typical one hour.
When people are coming in for their first session, what should they expect?
You’ll wear a nasal cannula or an oxygen mask. We provide a cozy blanket, light, and AC to keep you comfortable. The biggest rule: no electronics or anything with a battery inside the chamber, so it’s a great time to read or nap. An hour in the chamber is often said to be equivalent to four hours of REM sleep—people usually leave feeling refreshed!
And we’re super excited because we’re teaming up with Oâ‚‚Liv for our biggest giveaway yet! We’re giving away five individual 1.5‑hour sessions. Check the Instagram post for details on how to enter!
